Registration
is underway for the 2009 Outdoor Session
RV Track Club is holding
registration for outdoor track and conditioning for all
athletes and non-athletes ages 9 to 18. The RV Track
Club is one of the premier track clubs in the region
including Mt. Holly, Lumberton, Westampton,
Eastampton, Mt. Laurel, Moorestown, Pemberton, and
Southampton. Our mission statement: "we prepare
athletes of the future." We have indoor and outdoor
facilities. We do strengthening and conditioning workouts.
We are a developmental track club to first time
participants. We also provide athletes of all sports the
opportunity to excel even to Olympic and elite status. In
order to participate, the athlete must be 9 years of age
before January 1st.

Outdoor registration ends March 4th.
Sessions
Note:
The outdoor session will begin at the Pineland Sports Center in Southampton, NJ off of Eayrestown
Rd.
Sessions run for 2 to 3
hours.
Scheduling is usually Monday thru Friday and weekends.
There will be a summer program as well . . . more to come
later.
Cost
Breakdown
Indoor
Sessions for new members:
around $7.00 / hour for 8 weeks = $375
Indoor Sessions for current members:
around $4.00 / hour for 8 weeks = $220
Outdoor Sessions for new members:
Is around $1.84 / hour for 12 weeks = $220
Outdoor Session for current members:
Is around 84 cents / hour for 12 weeks = $120
New
registrations will have the cost of $375 for the indoor
session and the cost for the outdoor session $220 be good
for 10 years as long as you register every year
consecutively in one of the sessions during the year.
Current members will be responsible for paying $220 for the
indoor session and the outdoor session will cost $120 for
current members. These prices for current members are good
for the 2008 indoor session and the 2009 outdoor session.
However, at the start of the next 2009 indoor session you
have the option of paying the new fees and locking in for
ten years.
A full refund of deposits
will be given 7 calender days prior to the
beginning of the registered session and no refunds
after that time. Full payment is due by the first day
of a session.
To help offset the cost of
using the indoor facility we are asking registrants for
donations above the fees.
Outdoor session will begin on March 8th. The outdoor
session will start indoors at the Pinelands Sport Complex
and then move to the Rancocas Valley Regional High School
Track just off of Woodlane road in Mt. Holly.

Certified in CPR and First Aid by the American Red Cross.
Strength and
Conditioning - Keith Barr, former high school track standout and
football player and former Midatlantic AAU Powerlifter.
B.S. Biomedical Engineering Technology specializing in
Rehabilitation and Athletics. Certified in CPR and First
Aid by the American Red Cross.
Carol
Haworth
Ran track for Triton High School in
Runnemede, NJ for 6 seasons lettered and medaled in
hurdles, sprints, long jump,and high jump. Named MVP in all
6 seasons. Holds record for most points in a season and
most points in a dual meet.
Attended University of Delaware where she ran for 7 seasons
combined indoor/outdoor. She earned two degrees, a B.S. in
Health & Physical Education and B.S. in Elementary
Education. While in college she coached both gymnastics and
softball.
She taught for 12 years in the Burlington Township and
Woodbury school districts. While teaching she coached Jr.
High track at Woodbury Jr. & Sr. High School with a
successful 4x100 relay team taking them to the Penn Relays
and Colonial Conference Championships.
She is currently a member of the NJ Track & Field
Officials Association officiating meets around the state of
New Jersey.
